5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all swimwear purchases are non-returnable.

8. 🔁 One-Time Exchange Policy

We offer one-time exchange per order under the following conditions:

Eligible Reasons:

✔ Size exchange
✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Wrong item received

Exchange Requirements:

  • Request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Hygiene liner must remain intact

  • Original tags and packaging must be included

  • Item must be in resalable condition

Additional Terms:

  • Exchange is allowed only once per order

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability

  • If the requested size is unavailable, store credit may be issued

  • Shipping charges for sending the item back may apply

Items failing inspection will not qualify for exchange.
